About

David Lazar is an accomplished Executive Communications Strategist and Speechwriter with over two decades experience directly advising and supporting CEOs, university leaders, and high-level government officials.

Impassioned, Artful, Articulate, and a Little Irreverent

My name is David Lazar. Welcome to my site. My career as an editor, writer, photographer and communications professional has taken me from the backwoods of Appalachia to the seat of power in Washington, DC, the mountains, lakes, and seaside splendor of New Hampshire, and most recently the halls of higher education. I specialize in crafting clear, compelling narratives that articulate organizational vision, enhance reputation, and drive engagement across diverse audiences – while also remembering the human side.

My expertise lies in translating complex ideas – from business objectives to academic standards and public policy – into easily consumable messages that help leaders connect with audiences in a unifying manner, foster trust, and advance key priorities.

Throughout my career, I have consistently managed high-stakes communications and overseen content creation from thought leadership platforms to internal communications, delivering executive-quality results under tight deadlines.
